You are active in these areas

  • Digitisation of paper documents
  • (Digital) organisation of filing and preparatory financial accounting
  • Support with billing activities
  • Communication with suppliers and authorities
  • General organisational support

Please bring this with you

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or equivalent previous experience
  • Previous experience in the field of "digital administration"
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
